FAQS FOR UNDER 18 APPLICANTS.

1. Can my child apply if they are under 18 years old?

Yes. TENS Management accepts applications from individuals between the ages of 14 and 18. In some cases, there may be commercial opportunities available to minors, and if there is mutual interest, we may begin the early stages of development. That said, representation at this age is always approached with care. Education remains the priority, and we require full consent from a parent or legal guardian before proceeding with any aspect of the process.

2. What type of photos should we submit with the application?

We recommend natural, well-lit photos taken in daylight. No makeup, no filters, no professional styling is needed, just clear images that show your child’s natural features. A simple smartphone photo is more than sufficient.

3. Will my child be safe during the application and selection process?

Absolutely. The safety and well-being of young applicants is a non-negotiable priority at TENS. All meetings, whether in-person or virtual, require the presence of a parent or guardian and are conducted with the highest level of professionalism.

4. Is there a fee for applying or signing with TENS Management?

No. TENS Management does not charge application, registration, or onboarding fees. If someone contacts you claiming otherwise, please refer to our [Recruitment Warning].

5. What happens if my child is selected?

If there’s a fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a video call or meeting with both you and your child to walk through the next steps. We’ll explain what representation with TENS looks like, discuss the development process, and ensure you have all the necessary information to make an informed decision together.

6. How does TENS ensure the well-being of its underage talent?

We take our role seriously. TENS provides ongoing guidance, mentorship, and safeguards to support every stage of development. We work closely with families and prioritize a clear, values-driven approach. Guardians are encouraged to remain actively involved in all opportunities and decisions.

7. What happens to the photos submitted with the application?

Photos submitted are stored securely and reviewed only by our internal team. If we do not move forward, the materials are deleted from our system. We do not share or reuse any images submitted through the application process.
